Major organisation appoints HR director to advance its new RTO arm.
A major provider of home care services has announced the appointment of a new HR director as it diversifies and establishes a registered training organisation.
Kinder Caring Home Nursing, which provides a range of services across six states and territories, was recently accredited as an RTO by the NSW Vocational Education and Training Advisory Board.
One of the first tasks for new HR director, Paul Ryken, will be to oversee the recruitment and selection of a number of new staff in preparation for the commencement of the RTO, The Kinder Caring Academy, the company said in a statement.
Ryken has 14 years experience working in HR within health, including eight years in the not-for-profit Private Health and more recently as part of the senior executive team at St John of God Health Care.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Degree, with a major in HR, and is currently studying a Masters of Business in Employment Relations.
