Professor Chris Reid on taking aspirin to prevent cognitive decline

Health editor Dallas Bastian spoke with professor Chris Reid from Monash University, who is part of the research team looking at whether daily doses of aspirin keep people healthier for longer through prevention of cognitive decline, heart attack, stroke, physical decline and some cancers.

In the interview, Reid discussed the Aspirin in Reducing Events in the Elderly (ASPREE) study and previous findings surrounding the use of the drug.
